Join Oklahomans for Criminal Justice Reform in a community conversation about pre-trial services, detention and diversion programs in Oklahoma. Pre-trial intervention programs are available for individuals who are facing first offense felony DUI or drug charges, as well as other criminal offenses. It is vital we invest in these programs and other diversion methods not only to reduce our reliance on mass incarceration in our state.
